Service Description

Member's Sauna Session - 7pm to 8.30pm - (Can book up to 2 guests @£5pp) Please be sure to arrive & leave at allocated times. For your first sauna make sure to get in touch and come 15minutes early for an induction. To comply with our insurance please follow these instructions: “You and your guests must not use the Sauna if you:- suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder- suffer from epilepsy or diabetes- are pregnant- are prone to dizziness or fainting”
